Welcome to my world of stories — where folklore, imagination, and heart come together.
I’m Ronald Craig, a storyteller and illustrator from the North East of England, inspired by the wild coastlines, old village tales, and the hidden magic that lingers in ordinary places. Every story I create — from Man on the Moon to Magic Mam — begins with a spark from real life: a conversation, a childhood memory, or something my daughters say that makes me stop and think, what if that was true?
My books and illustrations are built on the belief that stories should feel alive — full of mystery, kindness, and wonder. They’re for children, families, and anyone who still believes there’s more to the world than what we see.
Outside of writing, I paint, design, and experiment with digital art and game development, bringing my worlds to life in new ways. Each piece — whether it’s a framed print, an ebook, or a digital scene — is created by hand and heart.
I work with individuals, book stores, publishers, educators, and creative teams who are looking for storytelling with heart and originality. We have appeared on podcasts, radio, live in schools globaly as a family and creator. My illustrations and tales are crafted to evoke emotion, spark curiosity, and leave a lasting impression—whether in books, exhibitions, or digital spaces.
